Recipe #17: Groundnut chutney

Roast 1 cup groundnuts. Remove skin after it cools. In a mixer grind groundnuts, 1/4 tspn kallu uppu, 3 green chillies, small piece of tamarind. Grind with small amount of water to make a thick paste.

For the oggarane, to a tspn of oil add mustard seeds, 1 pinch hing, 1/2 tspn urad dal, curry leaves in a kadai. Once done add to the chutney
