Recipe #16: Colacasia fry

Boil 1/2 kg root in cooker with salt till its cooked. Peel. Add in kadai with 1 pinch hing, 1/2 tspn chilli powder,  1/2 tspn coriander powder, 2 pinches turmeric powder, salt, tamarind water (quarter cup)
Add oil to sides whenever the tuber starts to stick to the sides of the kadai
