Ingredients
Cooked rice
Soojie
Salt
Rice flour
Onions finally chopped
Method
Mash cooked rice add soojie, salt, and a tablespoon of rice flour. Make small portions press or roll out like puri. Before deep frying press down chopped onions. Tastes good with fish or chicken curry.
Note. Rice flour very little to make it crisp.
