Collating a bunch of recipes received from family and friends during a WhatsApp forward challenge. Haven't tried this one yet.
Tabbouleh-my version:
Cous-cous or dahlia-2-3 tablespoons
sesame seeds-roasted
sprouts
green,yellow and red peppers chopped
tomato chopped
fruits-green apples preferred,grapes,pomegranate
cucumber
carrot
raw mango
mint and coriander leaves
juice of lime
olive oil to toss it in
everything is chopped and tossed together in a table spoon of olive oil.add seasoning like mixed herbs, oregano whatever you feel like.chillies are according to taste. Dahlia is cooked in little water .
